There are 2 sides to trading Cards. Listing an unwanted Card for Trade, and initiating a Trade. Cards are listed for Trade by one Fan with the Card they want in exchange. If another Fan has the Card they want, they can accept and complete the Trade. The Fan who listed the Card will lose the listed Card but receive the Card they wanted in return, and the opposite will happen for the Fan completing the Trade – they will lose the Card that was wanted but receive the Card listed in exchange. Read on for more details about each sequence.
Listing A Card For Trade
Once you own at least 1 of a Card, you can list it for Trade to other Fans. You might want to do this is you don’t want to own that particular Card or you want to get rid of duplicates.
From the Card’s single page, you’ll see a button labelled ‘List This Card For Sale or Trade’. Click the button to open a new modal.
You can enter a Listing Description in the provided field. You might want to let other users know here why you’re trading away the Card.
Below this is a dropdown selection field where you should select whether you want to list the Card for sale or trade. The default selection is for sale, so switch it to Trade.
A new field will appear called ‘Card Accepted For Trade’. You can search for and select the Card you want in return, but note that you can only select a Card of the same type. For example, if you’re listing a Red Card for Sale, you will only be able to trade it for another Red Card.
Once you’ve filled in all the fields, click the Submit button to list the Card.
You’ll be redirected to the single Card Listing page.
This page will have basic details about the listing and includes the following elements:

Once the trade is completed by another Fan, you will receive both an email with details of the trade and an on-site notification with a link to the original Listing.
