Earning Cards is a large part of the gamification aspect of the site. In order to unlock Cards, you’ll need to spend your Fan Points to buy Card Packs. Each Card Pack will give out a random amount of Power Orbs and a selection of random Cards (3 or 5 depending on what type of Card Pack you buy). We’ll break down the rewards in more detail below, but to get started, you’ll need to head to the main Card Packs page.
There are 4 types of Card Packs, each returning different rewards. You can see the odds of receiving certain Card types by clicking ‘SHOW ODDS’ on each Card Pack block.
Bronze Card Pack
Cost: 30,000 Fan Points
Number of Cards In Pack: 3
Available Card Types: Base, Red & Green
ODDS (of appearing in the Pack):
Base Card (85% / 70% for Superfans)
Red Cards (10% / 20%)
Green Cards (5% / 10%)
As you can see, Superfans get double the chance of receiving the rarer Red and Green Cards in Bronze Card Packs (and therefore slightly less chance of receiving the lower value Base/Standard Cards).
Silver Card Pack
Cost: 45,000 Fan Points
Number of Cards In Pack: 3
Available Card Types: Base, Blue & Purple
ODDS (of appearing in the Pack):
Base Card (85% / 70% for Superfans)
Blue Cards (10% / 20%)
Purple Cards (5% / 10%)
As with Bronze Card Packs, Superfans get double the chance of receiving the rarer Cards – in this case, Blue and Purple (and therefore slightly less chance of receiving the lower value Base/Standard Cards).
Gold Card Pack
Cost: 60,000 Fan Points
Number of Cards In Pack: 5
Available Card Types: Base, Orange & Gold
ODDS (of appearing in the Pack):
Base Card (85% / 70% for Superfans)
Orange Cards (10% / 20%)
Gold Cards (5% / 10%)
As with Bronze and Silver Card Packs, Superfans get double the chance of receiving the rarer Cards – in this case, Orange and Gold (and therefore slightly less chance of receiving the lower value Base/Standard Cards).
Limited Edition Card Pack
Cost: 75,000 Fan Points
Number of Cards In Pack: 5
Available Card Types: Base, Black & Limited Edition
ODDS (of appearing in the Pack):
Base Card (85% / 70% for Superfans)
Black Cards (10% / 20%)
Limited Edition Cards (5% / 10%)
As with Bronze, Silver & Gold Card Packs, Superfans get double the chance of receiving the rarer Cards – in this case, Black and Limited Edition (and therefore slightly less chance of receiving the lower value Base/Standard Cards).
A Note on Limited Edition Cards
The Limited Edition Cards that appear in Limited Edition Card Packs will change occasionally, and as such, they will only be available for a limited time, hence the name. There will be different themes and styles of Limited Edition Cards but eventually, previously available ones will rotate back in. This gives Fans another chance to earn them if they missed them the first time or didn’t manage to collect them all.
Click the ‘Buy Card Pack’ button to open a modal. You will be asked to confirm that you do want to buy the Card Pack and will be notified of the cost and your remaining Fan Points after the purchase.
If you do not have enough Fan Points to buy a Card Pack, you will see a different message in the modal.
As long as you have enough Fan Points, a second ‘Buy Card Pack’ button will appear in the modal. Click this to initiate the purchase. The Fan Points will be deducted from your account and you will be redirected to the single Card Pack page.
