Adding a single chapter story (one shot) is cumbersome

When adding a "one shot" story, authors are required to add a chapter. Since one shot stories don't have chapters, this adds an unnecessary step to publishing one shots on the site.

While I see the point, and it would be possible to change the process/options for adding one-shots, not having them as chapter post types would exclude one-shots from other features, such as being added to Reading Lists or Bookmarking Favourite passages for example (note that bookmarking favourite passages is not currently available on Firefox so you may not be seeing those options).

I'll have a think about what might be possible.
